The World Economic Forum (WEF) is an independent international organisation committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. Our key objectives for participation at WEF Davos include profiling South Africa as a competitive destination for inward investment, highlighting the importance, relevance successes of the country’s National Development Plan (NDP), positioning the country as a “global player” and a nation able to positively influence the global agenda and highlighting the strength of SA’s institutions and maturing democracy.
