Mandela Day blankets for minister’s ‘favourite people’
Public Enterprises Minister Lynne Brown handed out blankets and food parcels to her "favourite people", namely pensioners, in Hout Bay, Cape Town on Friday before joining in to help clean up the streets of Imizamo Yethu township.
