Swiss luxury goods firm Richemont and local investment company Remgro are to dispose of the majority of their holdings in British American Tobacco, which will see the multinational tobacco giant listing on the JSE. With a market capitalisation of around R560-billion, it will be among the three largest companies on South Africa's exchange.
