Hope for rural Limpopo villages

Samuel Makhongele worked at Gauteng’s busiest inner city of Pretoria now City of Tshwane in 2003 through 2009 and went back to Giyani in Limpopo to try and revive the poverty striken township in Limpopo. In 2010-2012 many rural co-operatives and as far as 360 SMMEs and rural entrepreneurs managed to access training arranged in collaboration with seda Mopani district.

With the help of the Branch district manager, Mrs.Mmanko Masha, many youth and women access series of basic business skills trainings and funding which exceeded R6 million combined in one year.

Makhongele  was elected in Giyani town as a new Chairperson and Executive Director of Giyani Limpopo Gauteng Chamber of Business, a non profit company registered at the dti’s CIPC as an inter-provincial business networking organisation which has many links many of Limpopo and millions of Gauteng businesses need to access public procurement opportunities daily on offer without a bespoke vehicle such as the chamber some opportunities passed.

The organisation have success stories to promotes.we have assisted over 130 co-operaratives and about 500 local small businesses todate. our information, advice and support are the key that we pride ourselves of servicing the business sector and, we’re hard at work to engage consumers and student to access their specific needs in the country.
