Job Description:

To manage the provision of human resources and organisational development services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years of experience in HR supervisory/management role.
• 10 years of collective experience in the Human Resources field.
• Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of Human Resource practices.
• Advanced knowledge of organisational development functions.
• Competent knowledge of HR Management information systems.


List of skills needed:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

1. Develop and implement the organisation’s Human Resource (HR) plan, Human
Resource Development (HRD) plan and the workplace skills plan.
2. Develop and implement human resource policies, standard operating procedures
and guidelines.
3. Develop and implement an effective strategy for talent recruitment, selection and
retention.
4. Promote sound labour relations.
5. Be a strategic business partner to the organisation.
6. Ensure timeous compliance, monitoring and reporting.
7. Staff management and development.
8. Manage and coordinate HR budget.
9. Identify, assess and manage HR operational risks.
