MediaClubSouthAfrica.com

MediaClubSouthAfrica.com is Brand South Africa's news resource for journalists, providing original stories every day for use in your publications.

The project was born out of recognition of the important role the media plays in shaping perceptions about South Africa.

Aimed specifically at journalists and communication practitioners who want to know more about South Africa, www.MediaClubSouthAfrica.com offers relevant, mind-opening, up-to-date and verifiable information on the country and its achievements – all free of charge.

Information on the website is clustered around a number of categories for easy reference and access, covering a wide range of subjects such as the land and its people, the economy and business, culture and history as well as growth and democracy.

The content is continuously updated, giving an up-to-date view of how South Africa is achieving success and dealing with its challenges.

Registration is offered as an option to users who wish to access the comprehensive image library, which is also available free of charge.

By registering, users can also control the rate at which they are alerted to new content that they are interested in by activating preferred RSS feeds.

All material on www.MediaClubSouthAfrica.com can be reproduced as is, or it can serve as “thought-starters” for story ideas.

Feedback and comments are welcome to ensure that the service consistently meets expectations.
